LoadMule Limited Warranty
New LoadMule products and standard accessories bought through authorized channels qualify; resale, unofficial, refurbished products and gifts are excluded unless agreed.

| Motor, battery, controller, differential, core controls | 1 year; battery: capacity loss exceeding 20% during normal use; overcharge/deep-discharge damage excluded |
| Frame and structural components | 24 months; manufacturing/material cracks or deformation; collision/overload damage excluded |
Misuse, inadequate maintenance, immersion, heat, damaging alterations/repairs, accidents, disasters and expired coverage are excluded. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Apply through our Contact page with receipt, serial-number photo and fault evidence. Review: 3 business days. Covered replacement parts and shipping are free; installation labor is yours. Request reconsideration within 7 days; response within 5 business days; additional evidence may be required.
Return replaced parts within 15 days of replacement receipt, using our paid shipping instructions; otherwise replacement cost may be charged.
Unauthorized promises do not extend coverage. Changes receive 7 days’ notice and apply prospectively; purchase-time terms govern existing orders.
